(More customer reviews)I own a detail shop. I have tried many products over the years and have found the polymer products work the best. I use Zaino as my main finish protectant. But did give NXT Tech Wax a try. I always try new products on my own cars before any customers. I waxed both my 2004 auto's in the same weekend, 1 with Zaino's and the other with NXT Tech Wax. As far as I can see the NXT went on and off as easy, left as deep a shine and seems to stand up to the eliments just as well as the Zaino's. With the only real difference being price I'll be using the NXT Tech wax from now on.

So you can say that i have seen or used just about everyones waxes/polishes. Mothers FX works great on the old cars as well as the newest 2006 models. I have witnessed the best results with one simple application. And it does last quite some time. It is the BEST product that I have ever used on a black or dark colored vehicles. NO MORE SWIRLS !! If applied right you will not experience those annoying swirls and small scratches that come with alot of the leading competitors.Anyone can use this. (More customer reviews)At first, I was skeptical about spending $80 for wax (or glaze) in this case. I've always kept my vehicles clean, but also always used normal off-the-shelf products bought at retail stores. I received this as a gift (per my wishes) and was excited about applying it. I clayed the vehicle, then use Zymol HD-Cleanse, per Zymol's recommendation. After letting the vehicle sit for an hour so my arm could take a break, I applied the Titanium glaze. Let me tell you, if you are used to applying waxes with an applicator like I am, you'll be wierded out the first tim you apply this. It didn't take me long and I was used to it, but it does seem like you are a kid smearing what appears to be oil all over the car! The most important thing about application is making sure you do small areas at a time and immediately buffing with a microfiber towel. Also, a little goes a long way. Using pea sized portions to do a 2x2 foot section is key. Made a beautiful shine and gloss and makes rain literally roll off the vehicle (not bead). Well worth the money...and you get what you pay for.

With wax, the acid rain sits on the sutface of a car and etches into the paint. The Dura products sheet water from the painted surfaces and keep auto finishes sparkling. I've been using there products for a least 8 years and have not been disappointed. Dura directions say you can let the surface air dry after application but if you have hard water, it's best to towel dry to keep the sparkle.

I was always looking for the next best product and used Klasse All-in-One followed by the high gloss sealant. Following the application of Klasse products, my wife set a soda can on the car and it slide right off onto the ground. The finish was never this slick. (More customer reviews)I dislike writing reviews, however, they are helpful to me, so here goes! Hang with me - I bought this detail spray along with the pink spray put out by the Chemical Guys. In my opinion, this spray is amazing! First, I tried it on my El Camino which has a clear coat finish and it worked very well. So well that I was surprised. Next I tried it on my black Nova. If you have a black car, you know how difficult they are to keep clean. I was thrilled by the way this detail spray worked on my Nova. Very shiny! We drove the car on the freeway and through town - usually we pick up tons of dust, not this time! This probably sounds strange, but there was such a little coating of dust, I couldn't believe my eyes. We live in the country surrounded by fields and the dust is a fact of life here. When we arrived home with the Nova, I looked at the El Camino and there was very little dust on it, and the car had been parked under a tree for hours with the wind blowing. Luck or the spray? I'm hoping its this detail spray! I also have a '53 Chevy pickup and its painted with hot rod black suede. I used the pink spray on the pickup because I had read online that you should not wax black suede. That is up for debate, I suppose. The pink spray worked really well on the black suede. My husband is extremely picky about our cars and he seemed to be pleased with both sprays. I give them two thumbs up!!

Meguiar's NXT Wash & Wax Kit Review

(More customer reviews)As others' have mentioned, this kit is a bargain compared to what it would cost to buy these items individually. Like some other reviews, there was a little bit of leakage in the package when it arrived, but it was no big deal and I don't know which bottle had the leak. I bought this for my black car, which shows dirt very quickly.
The Car Wash works as its supposed to, but to be honest, I'm not sure its all that different from that of other brands. Still, it gets my car clean quickly and its a mild soap on the hands. The Tech Wax 2.0 is just great. It comes with an applicator sponge and its really easy to apply and dries in minutes. Someone mentioned that it takes a lot of elbow grease to buff out by hand but I didn't find that to be the case at all. I probably waxed/buffed my whole car in 15-20 minutes or so. The results are fantastic! Best of all, a few days later I was caught in a big rainstorm and the water beaded just like in the pictures on Amazon - talk about protection!
Now the Insane Tire Shine definitely glosses up my tires but personally I would have preferred it if they included one of their all-purpose interior quick detailers here. The reason being that I rarely wash my tires to a level that is spic and span (after all, they are tires!) and so using the Tire Shine on semi clean tires isn't that effective.
The Ultimate Quik Detailer is a must have. I use this primarily between wash/waxes to clean up stains or otherwise do touch ups. This detailer works wonders. I had several occassions where bird droppings or other stains were caked on my car and I was able to get them out with this detailer and a microfiber towel in seconds. I actually keep this in the trunk of my car at all times and I would highly recommend getting this as a stand alone even if you don't wind up getting this kit.
For those of you just getting started with the whole car wash/care thing, the only things you really need in addition to this kit are a few more microfiber towels (Meguiar's 3 packs are inexpensive and good quality Meguiar's X2020 Supreme Shine Microfiber - Pack of 3), possibly a wash mitt, and depending on how clean you want to get things - a clay bar system (Mothers 07240 California Gold Clay Bar Paint Saving System is a great kit).

(More customer reviews)I've tried nearly every wax there is, looking for that perfect shine. No matter what I've tried, I keep coming back to Meguiar's #26 Paste Wax. This is not the easiest wax to work with. If you apply it too thickly, it's a real pain to get off. If you get it into crevices, it's hard to get out, and since it dries white, residue is very noticeable.
However, if you take the time to apply it in thin layers, and go over your vehicle thoroughly when removing it, the reward is an unbelievably deep shine that will cause everyone to ask you, "Is your car new?"

(More customer reviews)I own a Black Lexus IS300 as a daily driver. Now, if you own a black car, you know how hard it is to maintain the mirror gloss of the factory paint job. One day after washing the car, the paint is already a magnet to all the elements out there. I bought the item yesterday and applied it the same evening. The gloss and lubricity the detailer has is impressive. After applying it, i glided my finger across the panels to find that it felt like the car was freshly waxed. It states on the bottle that it needs 12 hour of "curing" time to reach its max efficiency. I have not tested out the "hydrophobic polymers", but i shall be doing so very soon. I highly recommend this product to carry in the trunk, as i do. It also has a nice fragrance; probably familiar to you if you've ever used the Meguiar's NXT liquid wax. I especially recommend it, if you have a black or dark colored vehicle. It will definitely make your car stand out even more.

I love this stuff so much I bought two of them when I heard they were discontinued. If you don't need the color matching, you might want to try other products first, as the actual wax aspect of the product might not be the best out there. However, if you need to bring back a very tired paint job, I don't think you can do much better.
