I pondered over my decision to buy it for over 3 months while researching and researching since In the past I've just bought over the counter products at car supply chains (including Zymol). After researching all other competitors and even within Zymol, I decided on this product. After following directions I concluded that it was well worth the investment. I don't own a fancy car, a 2006 Ford F-150 (which is my work horse), but let me tell you after four plus years and after using the product, the truck looks brand new as when I drove it of the lot in 2006. Very nice shine (mirror-like). The key is following the directions and having patience as you have to apply the product by hand and in small sections. So if you are pondering the investment, which yeah its a bit high....it is well worth and you should be happy with the results.

(More customer reviews)I bought the Zymol Leather Cleaner and Leather Conditioner the other day to compare it to what I was currently using to clean and condition my leather: Woolite/Water for cleaning and Duragloss Leather Conditioner for conditioning. Since the price was right, I didn't have much to lose.
I started with the Leather Cleaner. After a few spritzes (a little goes a long way) I worked it in with my microfiber towel. I was surprised to see that even though I had cleaned my seats about two weeks prior, it removed quite a bit of dirt! My towel ended up being black, which meant that it was doing a great job of removing dirt that the Woolite/Water mix didn't.
After cleaning the seats, I moved to the conditioning step. The Zymol has a nice smell to it, I preferred it to the strong Duragloss. I applied and worked it in with my hands and again, a little goes a long way. Everything was buffed out with my microfiber towel.
The seats felt supple, looked clean and smelled great. Buy this combo, you won't regret it!

Zymol Z503 Car Cleaner Wax - 16 oz. Review

(More customer reviews)Several years ago, I asked my brother what the best car polish was. He looked through consumer reports and it was Zymol, but it cost twice as much as #2 did. So I searched for #2 and could not find it in a store, but Zymol was there and for less than the $16 that CR had priced it at. So I bought it.
It has been the best car polish I have ever used. The car feels so slick after polishing that I think it improves my fuel economy. On long trips from the east coast to the midwest, I would use Zymol on the front few inches of the hood to clean off the bugs, and fewer would stick afterwards. I did this in the rest stops to give me some physical activity and help me stay awake. I also used Zymol on the front of the mirrors and the headlights to keep them nearly bug free.
Sometimes I get a whiff of old applicators or buffing cloths in the trunk; they smell like coconut and banana. That's the smell of car polish!? I like it. The rain really beads up, and the 93 Accord looks nearly new. I'm keeping the Accord and I'm keeping with Zymol. Really amazing stuff.

Zymol Glasur Review

(More customer reviews)I just wanted to share a little feedback on this wax after applying it all day yesterday to a Porsche Cayenne S. This one is a hand wax. You apply it by melting it in your hands and spreading it on with your fingers. It takes a bit more time than your ordinary wax. It goes on smooth but takes quite a bit of rubbing to get it off. Don't let it dry to a haze or you'll rub your arms off trying to get it off. I can tell already that it is going to last quite awhile. It leaves a very hard finish that makes the whole garage smell amazing. It also shines as good as any wax I've used. I've got about 6 or 8 waxes in my fridge right now, but this one smells the best. 5 stars for product quality, 3 stars for effort involved in buffing. (Hence 4 stars) Don't even worry about the price. As far as handmade waxes go, this one is still a relative bargain.

(More customer reviews)At first, I was skeptical about spending $80 for wax (or glaze) in this case. I've always kept my vehicles clean, but also always used normal off-the-shelf products bought at retail stores. I received this as a gift (per my wishes) and was excited about applying it. I clayed the vehicle, then use Zymol HD-Cleanse, per Zymol's recommendation. After letting the vehicle sit for an hour so my arm could take a break, I applied the Titanium glaze. Let me tell you, if you are used to applying waxes with an applicator like I am, you'll be wierded out the first tim you apply this. It didn't take me long and I was used to it, but it does seem like you are a kid smearing what appears to be oil all over the car! The most important thing about application is making sure you do small areas at a time and immediately buffing with a microfiber towel. Also, a little goes a long way. Using pea sized portions to do a 2x2 foot section is key. Made a beautiful shine and gloss and makes rain literally roll off the vehicle (not bead). Well worth the money...and you get what you pay for.

I tried them all and not one of them got the stain out. I went to a different auto store and saw zymol leather cleaner on the shelf. This one wasn't at the other store. I bought it and low and behold, it got the stain out without any major work. I couldn't believe it. Now I don't worry about using his car when I have my grand-daughter. I haven't found any dirt zymol didn't take out. But, I do often times have a problem locating a business that carries zymol. I don't know why, it seems when one finds a product that really works, it's so darn hard to find again.

I've used various liquid and paste waxes and polishes over years, but nothing's come close to Zymol Cleaner Wax. With most of the others, you have to apply the wax, wait for it to dry completely, then go back and tire yourself by rubbing hard to get a shine - not so with Zymol's. With the Zymol, you just rub it in lightly to one small area at a time, then take a clean cloth and buff it lightly... and you're done. It's so much easier.
The gloss it provides is clearly superior to that of any other product I've used - with no hazing! Oh, and like the other reviewer mentions, Zymol does clean beautifully, as well. I will never use a different wax again, if I can help it.

Zymol Z514 Wheel Coat Review

The small bottle doesn't last long, and the product needs to be buffed off to a sheen if you want optimal results. This is not necessarily a bad thing but it adds another step. If you're going to buff the product anyway, wheel wax is a better option. It is useful to coat the lug nut recesses and the inside of the wheel if you have a hard time getting your hand in there to buff off the excess.

(More customer reviews)Zymol went on easy and smelled nice. The whole package and application reminded me of a refined Kit car wax for clear coats. Made of natural ingredients it must be refrigerated after opening. As far as I can tell you are applying natural oils to the surface of the car, which turns into wax during the 30-45 minutes curing process. The reason the car was being waxed was to save time washing off road dirt and ocean spray. The car looked great just with its clear coat. I have no way of knowing if it is the best because I have not tried everything else in the world. I am glad just glad the Zymol went on easy.
With any protectant everything depends on the preparation. In this case it is a no brainer because the required Zymol HD cleanse is the same Montan oil cleaner used to prepare for specialty Waxes and Glazes that cost much more. No matter what priced product you eventually choose, preparation will be the same up to the the HD cleanse, the last step before the final coat.
In my case I did not know what was currently on the car's finish, so I removed all previous wax and coatings. This was followed by a gentler car wash to remove the Dawn, and used a clay rub, to remove paint contaminations. The detailer's clay was easy, you could feel the particles being seared off. By now the car felt clean, smooth and looked shiny. The Zymol cleaner was easy on, and easy off. The car looked about the same here, as it did after the Carbon Wax application.
The Carbon will not adhere to itself, so a second coat a day later was applied just be sure of full coverage. Now with the car "Waxed," washing off road grim is easy and quick. All I plan to do to maintain a clean looking car, is a simple "wash and wax." Sports cars are made to be driven, not just looked at.

(More customer reviews)I was reading about this stuff about a week ago and ended up buying most of the Zymol line out of curiousity. They recommend you start with the Cleanse product they sell after you wash your car. I used it and would put it a step below using a clay bar. If you don't want to mess with a clay bar, the cleanse is the way to go. The waxing process is the usual 2x2 small sections, it took me about an hour to wax after the prep. It takes about a half hour for the wax to really set up, and once it does it's unbeatable. The car finish is like a mirror! I would rate the difficulty of getting a good, streak-free shine as about the same as any other paste wax. This does not come with an applicator so make sure you have one. Also do not waste your money on the Zymol towels, I can't tell the difference between theirs and the ones I bought at Target. If you want a showroom shine, man you need to try this.

I have a 2003 BMW M5 and the paint job looks and feels like new. I baby my car and never let it get too dirty. You'd be surprised how quickly you can get a show room shine with this Detail Spray, bugs, bird poop, coal, rain spot... come right off, if you don't delay too long.. It's great for touch ups and smells great too. I haven't found anything more natural that works better 'til this day and keep it in my trunk with a few other Zymol products at all times.
